At Carwash Hedel, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we provide services rather than physical products, refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• If a service was not delivered as described.

• If a technical failure on our side prevented us from performing the service.

• If the customer cancels a prepaid service at least 24 hours in advance.
